DeRolph v. State is a landmark case in Ohio constitutional law in which the Supreme Court of Ohio ruled that the state’s method for funding public education was unconstitutional.
The DeRolph case took place on March 24, 1997. Since that time,
the Ohio Supreme Court has ruled that Ohio’s method of funding
public education is unconstitutional 3 more times. And yet, to this
day, nothing has been done to change it.
It’s time for the citizens of Ohio to pick up the torch and finally
make the necessary changes!
